Excellent but no power adapter included

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is an excellent electric toothbrush from an extremely reputable company. It gradually increases the vibration over the first 14 days, which is a great feature for those who are new to electric toothbrushes. The device is lightweight but feels solid in your hand. My dentist recommended an electric toothbrush for me years ago because I was brushing too hard, and it was causing damage to my gums. This brush makes it super easy to brush softly and let the brush do most of the work. It will even vibrate and beep as a warning if you happen to brush too hard. The 2-minute timer is perfect for me, as otherwise I tend to brush too quickly. The QuadPacer feature is actually very helpful and lets you know when it's time to move to the next section of your mouth.
My only real complaint is that it does not come with a USB power adapter, so you have to buy one or find one laying around your house. It seems like a silly thing for Philips to be cheap on, especially since it's designed to just leave on the charger. A matching white adapter should be included.
I also wish that it didn't automatically turn off after the 2-minutes are up. Sometimes I feel like I'm not quite done and would like to brush a little longer, but it shuts off automatically.
It comes with one standard brush head in the package. Sonicare makes several types of brush heads, so I am looking forward to trying some of their other more specialized heads when I re-order more.
Overall, this is a must have for good oral health and I wouldn't live without it. If you use this twice daily, along with flossing and a non-alcoholic mouthwash, you will be amazed at how good your oral health can be. I am no longer worried about visiting the dentist. I get easy check-ups every 6 months and it can save you a ton of money on dental bills in the long run!

Much Lighter than Previous

Awesome toothbrush

The bristles aren’t rough at all and the vibrations are strong enough for a good cleaning without being too rough and hurting my gums. I highly recommend this toothbrush.

It has a self timer and everything, it shuts off after two minutes which is perfect and feels like it really does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I love how it has a charging dock too. I’ll never go back to a manual toothbrush again!

Gets teeth clean

It has alot of power but not too much it gets your teeth clean without hurting them . The bristles on the brush head are not to hard where they hurt my mouth. I loved how this electric toothbrush has a censor where it will to you when you are brushing your teeth too hard it will beep. This brush Also has a timer it lets you know when you have brushed your teeth long enough it will shut off. it really gets my teeth clean the best part about this electric toothbrush is it comes with a USB charging stand you don't have to have batteries that is great and it does not take long to full charge I love this brush .This brush let's you know when it's time to get a new brush head this is good toothbrush for all ages and for people that has never used a electric toothbrush before.

Solid toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this to replace the Sonic care brush I've had for many years.
This toothbrush is fabulous. My teeth feel so clean! It has a relatively strong vibration that could bother some people, but there are strength adjustments. It took some playing with to change the strength.
What's nice is this unit has a small charging base. The old unit was big. Well worth the money.

I like that it’s easy to use and that it is rechargeable! The handle is easy to grip and hold onto. I recommend this product!

Affordable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is for the Sonicare 4100. I had my previous sonicare for over 15 years. It still works great but no longer looks great. Also the battery no longer lasts long. I thought I would try this as a replacement. This is a good toothbrush. It is missing a few settings that I currently have. My old toothbrush has a sensitive setting and a massage setting(for your gums). I never use the massage but do always use the sensitive. The 4100 does not have a sensitive but the lower setting is only a little more powerful. It works for me. I do like that it has a sensor to make sure you don't brush too hard. One little annoyance for me is the charger being a usb. I know it isn't a huge deal and everyone has those blocks to plug it into but it still annoys me. For a more affordable toothbrush, I think this one will meet your needs.
