[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothbrush wobbles around on the charging base. If the toothbrush were any longer, it would topple over. A larger diameter base of a tighter fit between the charging post and toothbrush would help. Or, possibly a charging cup into which the toothbrush would be inserted.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 4th day product just stopped working, I used my wife charger but that wasn’t it, I only switched from oral b because my wife wanted to try something different, so I did and what a waist of energy and money. But I upgraded back to oral b and I’m having fun with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
Thank you for writing your feedback, it is very appreciated. We're sorry to hear that your toothbrush stopped working properly. For future reference, we recommend you perform a 24-hour charge, using a working outlet away from metal surfaces. This ensures that the toothbrush is fully charged. Hope this helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new electric toothbrush! So glad I converted from the old fashioned manual toothbrush. I love that it has the sensor on it for when I’m applying too much pressure as degradation of my gums from brushing too hard was the main reason my dental hygienist recommended I make the switch. The timer is also great. Overall, my teeth are much better off and even look better too as stains are better taken care of using the electric toothbrush. No regrets!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Sonicare for 15 or 20 years. I have never had a cavity, and my hygienist is always so excited to clean my teeth because there is almost zero build up. It is an awesome product, and I hate that the dentist's promote Oral B now instead. My daughter started using Sonicare in her teens when she got braces. She is now 26, and still no cavities. I highly recommend this product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In the first few days of using the sonic toothbrush, my mouth felt much better. Now, I am used to the new feeling, I guess! It also saves me time and made my brushing gentle. Earlier, I would just keep brushing hard for a long time.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sonicare 3100 toothbrush has one really important feature: it weighs less than half (a guesstimate) than my previous Sonicare. They last a long time, so this was a nice surprise. It also has an alert for when you're using too much pressure, which is important to know. Other than that, the quadpacer is the only other feature I need. I've been using Sonicare exclusively since 1996, and have healthy gums and no fillings to show for it (your mileage may vary!).
