[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Sonic toothbrush. I keep one in our RV for travel and wanted to upgrade to a new model so I purchased this. Why in the world you provided ONLY a USB charger is beyond me.......is everyone in your R&D department a millennial? I immediately went to your website (as per your directions) to order a regular AC charger, and guess what? You're sold out or they're not currently available. I guess I'm not alone. At least you could offer either option to the buyer before the purchase. Shame on you, Philips! You should know better.

This is my second one as the first needed to be replaced. The metal shaft came loose and it would no longer function. I understand this was a common issue with this model.
