[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight, works great, two speeds, and slippery to hold. Needed to put a rubberband around it to keep from slipping.
The toothbrush is now unusable because of the noise from the loose shaft and I'll be replacing it very soon. It went downhill fast after my initial review and it's now louder than our hair dryer.
And to the person (or bot) that replied to me before, what you responded with was not helpful or relevant. I know the brush vibrates. I know it makes noise (initially the hum actually sounded like a strong motor - now it's a too loud clatter). I know there is supposed to be a gap between the handle and the brush. I know it should be placed firmly on the shaft and it is/has been. I know the gap area should be free of debris. I know the shaft area can be cleaned and I did that regularly. The problem is the shaft came loose after 3 yrs and 3 months of use. I think that's unacceptable for a device that was properly used and not abused and wanted you to know what happened.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. This is not the experience we wish you to have. The Sonicare toothbrushes use powerful vibrations to clean your teeth. The sound produced is louder than a manual toothbrush. If this is your first electric toothbrush, it can take a while to get used to electric brushing. Also, please ensure the brush head is firmly placed on the handle and not loose. A small gap will remain between the handle and brush head as needed for vibration. Additionally, make sure that the bottom of the brush head and the area around the metal shaft is free of debris. You can clean it with lukewarm water or a soft cloth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definite improvement in oral health. Can see/feel a difference in teeth and gum conditions. Anticipating noted improvement at upcoming dentist visit!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used an electric toothbrush for years. My original was a Braun with a timer. I was sad when it died. I bought the Sonic because I thought it would be a great toothbrush. It is except neither of the two settings is one I like. They are both high speeds and a bit uncomfortable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this as a gift for Christmas. I gets stuck all the time. I’m switching to my regular old toothbrush beach this one is terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this brush! My husband gave it to me as a Christmas gift since my last one’s battery completely died and I’m so glad because it’s so much better! The brush head is small so it really gets in all the small spaces, the battery lasts at least 3 weeks without needing to be charged. I also like that it vibrates differently if I’m pressing or brushing too hard.
