[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with my purchase. Each time I use the toothbrush, I have to separate the brush head from the battery pack in order for it to work properly the next day. It requires daily cleaning. I would not buy another Phillips toothbrush again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the Philips Sonicare Toothbrush. This is not the experience we want you to have with our product. Please note that cleaning your toothbrush and brush heads regularly improves their lifespan and performance. Clean your toothbrush after use by rinsing the brush head and bristles. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vibrating motor in this tooth brush is much faster and stronger than my old Equate brush. The rechargeable battery works like a dream.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ordering and subscription process was very easy. I received my first replacement in just a few days.
I'm a huge fan of electric toothbrushes but would not recommend the 4100 version due to needing to frequently charge, and I've already gone through two because it started needing to be charged so frequently, even though I had only had it for a year. Is there something different about this version that leads to frequent charging?

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear about the experience with your Philips Sonicare 4100 Series Sonic electric toothbrush. We would like to inform you that the battery life of your Sonicare toothbrush depends on how often and how long you brush. The battery will last with a full charge if you brush for two minutes twice a day. We hope this was helpful.
