[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this toothbrush because my dentist recommended an electric one. I have used battery powered ones before but this one is a game changer for me. I recently had issues with gum disease because I didn’t have a cleaning in about three years because of the pandemic. This toothbrush gets every surface of my teeth and leaves them feeling like I just had a dentist clean. I had to get used to the power button which I would accidentally touch and it would shut off but now I know to keep my fingers away from it. I find the head of it rather small but it gets the job done, patience is key. Sometimes I use a manual to clean my tongue after brushing because of the small head. All in all I love the price and the power and effectiveness and the noise doesn’t bother me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great and a great price. I love the feel of my teeth after using it. Like I just left the dentist.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too much vibration against my teeth due to small amount of bristles. Feels like putting my teeth on a washing machine during a spin cycle and almost like a torture in instead of a comforting experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. This is not the experience we wish you to have. The mode selected impacts the vibration level on many Sonicare models. Refer to the user manual for your device to learn how to adjust this setting. Some models also have an EasyStart feature that slowly increases the vibration level. During the first 14 brushing sessions, this feature gradually increases the vibration. It enables you to gradually adjust to the vibrations. You might think about lowering the intensity level. Different intensity levels are employed by some brushing modes. You can try altering the brushing mode. We hope this solves the issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using an oral b, but they said the sonic vibrating was better for my teeth. I just don't feel like it cleans my teeth very well. 6 months will tell, but I am not hopeful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy my toothbrush, which I purchased to replace one I've had for about 5 years. The only complaint I have is that I had to purchase a separate charger that I could plug in to my electrical outlet. I don't understand the reasoning behind only providing a plug requiring an adapter.
