Regarding the sensation of the electric toothbrush this is not the experience we wish you to have. As you find the toothbrush to be too intense or uncomfortable, we recommend trying few troubleshooting steps. Some electric toothbrushes offer multiple intensity levels. You can try starting with a lower setting to see if it provides a more comfortable brushing experience. If the sensation is too harsh, switching to a softer brush head can help reduce the intensity while still providing effective cleaning. Electric toothbrushes are designed to do the work for you, so there's no need to apply excessive pressure. Try using a lighter touch and let the brush do the cleaning.

Missing a critical part

I needed a new Philips Sonicare toothbrush and got a good deal on this one however I was irritated that it doesn’t come with a normal plug so I need an adapter. It should come with both!

And it is wonderful how long the battery remains charged. When leaving for a cpl days, never have to take the charger. And the fact it has two speeds which is great. Wonderful, wonderful to have/use!!
