It is light weight and has two speeds and lasts over a week on one charge when brushing twice a day. It cost me less than most of the other brushes available and is good value for the money. I recommend it.

Comfortable easy to use lasts for at least two weeks before I need to charge it and my teeth feel so much cleaner. Good price point too, I’m going to buy one for my husband.

Called and it’s being replaced by a different model. Only the body without the additional parts - disappointed that I am not getting a complete new brush for all my troubles, it happened n the first month. I suspect it’s a refurbished body I am getting. Gees, wish that had made good on the warranty.

I upgraded from the lower end series to get the caution vibrate when pressing too hard on my teeth. No more AC charger.. and when I asked for my free brush head. They gave me a D3 instead of the better A3 brush head. Was not happy about that!
