I really liked the toothbrush. I had 4 others sonicare toothbrushes of different versions over the years. This one looks good and the brushing movement is comparable to the others but battery life is much shorter 5 days max with regular use after full charge. Maybe mine has battery defect?. Thus the 3 stars. Otherwise 5 stars.

We are very happy with our second Sonicare purchase. We compared brushes from other companies but settled on Phillips again. Customer service is personal and great.

A full charge usually lasts me a month or more.
The built in 2 minute timer is usually not enough time to get my teeth as clean as I like, so I do 1 & 1/2 to 2 cycles.
I prefer the faster/more vigorous brushing mode.
