[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] completely in love with my sonic toothbrush. a lot of people take a good upbringing and hygiene consciousness for granted but i did not brush very well growing up so the 2 minute timer and beep between sections keeps me accountable while i'm on the way to fixing the rest of my teeth. i was never really sure if i was brushing correctly before to be honest, and this toothbrush takes away all the guessing. my teeth always feel great and clean after use :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave the 4200 Sonic Care tooth brush 4 stats because the sensitivity setting is difficult and cumbersome to set. There are three feature settings and the steps as described in the manual are difficult to set especially for a senior. I think Philips' engineers can improve this. Customer service is excellent. Price point for this brush is just right.
