[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not have complaints about the 4100 but am giving it less than 5 stars by comparison to a higher end SonicPro. The more expensive version has more options/settings. However, for the price difference, which is huge, the 4100 is my preferred choice.

doesn't ship with AC adapter, no waterproof option

This product ships only with a USB charger, and they don't sell a splashproof USB->AC adapter. I'm all for green initiatives, but most people need to charge this in the bathroom, so this is really dumb.

I had a different sonicare prior to this one - it is so subpar. Not worth the reduced price. You might as well have a non electric toothbrush. Would not recommend to anyone
