[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery has 'died' after only 2-3 of months of use. Started off with a charge of about
10 days but has gradually diminished over the months. Toothbrush currently only holds 3 days of charge, and I suspect that it will be down to one day in the next few weeks.

Hi Christa01,

Thank you for sharing your review with us. We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulties attaching your Philips Sonicare Toothbrush head to the handle. Please go through the below points on how to attach the toothbrush head to the handle, hassle-free, in two simple steps. 1. Hold the brush head with the bristles pointing in the same direction as the buttons on your toothbrush. 2. Push the brush head firmly on the toothbrush until you feel a slight click. Please make a note that there will be a small gap between the brush head and the toothbrush handle, which is normal and necessary. The brush head must be able to move to create the right amount of vibration.

We hope this makes your experience better. If not, please reach out to us via Social Media. We’re available on Facebook (@Philips) and X (@PhilipsCare). Don’t worry, if you don’t use Social Media, you can also reach out to us via the contact page: www.Philips.com/contact.

Hope to speak to you soon!

Best regards,
Philips Consumer Care
