[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this toothbrush to replace my much more expensive model, which lasted just over a year. I have found that I do not need all the expensive bells and whistles. This toothbrush cleans my teeth as well as if not better than the more expensive model. This is a good tooth brush and I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my previous sonicare toothbrush that died on me. I like the smaller size and that it can be charged by a usb port. However, I am disappointed that it didn’t come with a carrying case. This could have been an oversight on my part when ordering and I am able to use my previous carrying case when traveling but a new case that fits the smaller size would have been nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tool has a mind of its own, and never sure what speed from "easy start" to vigorous brushing will come forth. When I have time, am going to call to make a complaint.
The tool is too expensive to just throw out and the dental hygienist who recommended the sonic phillips said there were alternatives.

Overall, I like the product.I have bought a few of the similars over the years, and generally satisfied with the quality. But One thing that I do not like the most - not environmental friendly because the customers like me can not change the battery ourself and have to throw the entire unit away when the battery is dead, but otherwise the units were still working fine
