[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Honestly really don’t like this toothbrush. This is my second sonic care toothbrush and I liked the first better. The first one I have was the 2100 and despite it only having one setting it was way more powerful than the 4100 even with the 4100 having 2 different settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My toothbrush failed within 3 or 4 months of purchase. Complained to Sonicare and without any questions asked, they promptly sent me a new one. Great service! I have since learned that in the event of problems, I must change the much cheaper, compatible toothbrush head with the proper Sonicare smart one for a while. Problem solved! I would have preferred my old, simpler Sonicare brush however. Manipulation of the settings on this one, to my mind, is very finicky and difficult. But once set, they have been staying put for half a year or more already now.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An electric toothbrush is so much better than standard, if used correctly. I have had other Sonic brushes in the past and they are a good product. The only concern I have is the on/off button is not too easy to distinguish. Other version had a deeper button that was easy to find. Otherwise, the current model is slim and nice.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally bought an electric toothbrush years after my dentist said I should. It's easy to use, and really gets your teeth and mouth clean, well within the 2 minutes it runs automatically.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dentist said I was brushing my teeth too hard. I purchased a 4100 which has two settings. It has a vibration and lets you know you are brushing too hard.
