not as good as the old version - weaker and the 2 speeds is jut something that gets in the way. the USB charger is a cheap way to not have a plug-in charger - just a bad upgrade and less useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothbrush works great! The timed cleaning feature is appreciated to keep me focused on doing a good job.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never going back to a regular toothbrush! This is my second one of these. It love how it feels to brush and that it stays charged long enough to take on short vacations without the charger base. Bought one for everyone in my family.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I likethat it is a small, soft brush head and I am able to reach back teeth for a thorough cleaning!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used a Sonicare for many many years. I ordered this one because it fit my budget. I also needed a replacement because mine wore out. It is smaller than the one I had, but that does not affect it's working ability.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is no comparison to my last Philips tooth brush. I am lucky if I get 2 days out a charge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi No cavity,
Thank you for letting us know about your concern, and we're sorry to hear about your recent experience with your Philips 4100 Series, this is not the kind of experience we want for our customers, especially you! You can try this tips and hope it will fix. 1. Ensure Full Charge - Charge the toothbrush for at least 24 hours. Make sure it’s seated correctly on the charger. 2. Clean Contacts - Check and clean the charging contacts on both the toothbrush and charger to ensure they connect properly. 3. Limit Usage - Avoid leaving the toothbrush on the charger and try not to store it in extreme temperatures.
If this doesn't help, please get in touch with us!
