[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dentist recommended I get a Sonicare and since my new Medicare Advantage plan covered the purchase, I went ahead and bought one. I had been using a battery-powered Spinbrush for the last few years and thought the Sonicare would be an overpriced waste of money, but I was wrong. It scrubs the enamel right down to the gum line. The timing feature keeps me at it. My teeth have never felt so clean and polished. And I'm getting a full two weeks on a charge, even brushing twice a day. Can't wait for my next checkup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worse in every way than the 4100 HX6810 that I purchased in 2020.
The charging cord is USB, but it does not come with a plug adapter. You have to provide that yourself.
The on/off button has very little travel, and it is not clear whether it is set to high or low. That option itself is poor. You should be able to set which option you want to use. It does not hold a charge as long as the older model. It is thinner than the older model, which likely means a smaller battery, thus the poor charge life. Look so many things now days, the price goes up, the quality is down, and the product is inferior to what it used to be. My old 4100 lasted five years. It bet this one won't last 2. I won't buy another 4100

Only thing I don't care for is the extremely small brush size & the high setting, its just a little too much for me & the control switch for that option shouldnt be on the same button.

But I find it difficult to get accustomed to brushing my front teeth because my gum line seems to be very sensitive to the vibratory motion of the toothbrush.
