[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Electric brushes are great, and this one works well. The biggest downside is the ridiculous price of the replacement brushes, way too expensive. I've bought generics whenever I can.
The product is much smaller than my old toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new toothbrush is great. I love the size of it including the size head. I like the 30 second beep function for each zone in my mouth. Who would have thought I needed such a feature. The only problem I have with it is the messiness of toothpaste on my hand when I am done brushing. It is probably just me and I think I am not used to the smaller and lighter weight of the toothbrush, but with usage it is getting less. Yea me! I love the vibration and how it cleans between teeth and gums.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great toothbrush! Works great and doesn’t take up much room on the counter. Only thing is I wish they would have sent the cube to go with the charger. Other than that, great purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put off buying a new sonicare for a long time thinking I could limp along with the older model. What a difference! After the first brushing, my teeth felt more clean/ smooth than ever. It’s smaller and easy to hold and maneuver. Lighter too. Easy to get to back teeth. Brush seems to be holding up well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toothbrush wobbles around on the charging base. If the toothbrush were any longer, it would topple over. A larger diameter base of a tighter fit between the charging post and toothbrush would help. Or, possibly a charging cup into which the toothbrush would be inserted.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 4th day product just stopped working, I used my wife charger but that wasn’t it, I only switched from oral b because my wife wanted to try something different, so I did and what a waist of energy and money. But I upgraded back to oral b and I’m having fun with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi,
Thank you for writing your feedback, it is very appreciated. We're sorry to hear that your toothbrush stopped working properly. For future reference, we recommend you perform a 24-hour charge, using a working outlet away from metal surfaces. This ensures that the toothbrush is fully charged. Hope this helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new electric toothbrush! So glad I converted from the old fashioned manual toothbrush. I love that it has the sensor on it for when I’m applying too much pressure as degradation of my gums from brushing too hard was the main reason my dental hygienist recommended I make the switch. The timer is also great. Overall, my teeth are much better off and even look better too as stains are better taken care of using the electric toothbrush. No regrets!
