Great flashlight

I've been thoroughly impressed with this flashlight's performance in my daily industrial maintenance work. The brightness and laser functions are exceptional, with a sharply projected beam that remains distortion-free even at a distance. However, I've noticed some drawbacks. The light's high color temperature (low CRI) can be harsh on the eyes when working up close, making it difficult to perceive colors accurately.
Some features I'd love to see improved include: A forward click tail cap switch for momentary on/off functionality Memory setting for lumen levels to avoid cycling through modes A low-battery indicator, such as a red light, to prevent unexpected shutdowns
Speaking of which, the flashlight's sudden shutdown without warning was concerning, and I only discovered it needed charging after plugging it in.
While I believe the product's price point is steep considering its limitations, I'm willing to overlook this due to the brand's consistently high quality. This is my fifth purchase from the brand, and I'm committed to making the most of it. Despite some areas for improvement, the flashlight's strengths make it a valuable tool in my work.
Killed my original slayer swimming in salt water, definitely exceeding the products limitations. Purchased this one for the laser pointer at work. I like this unit but it lacks the spotlight function of the other model. Relegating it from a EDC to a backup unit. I like the light.
I love the size and how bright it is. The different modes of brightness are nice and the laser pointer is strong and will come in useful. The two magnets are nice to hold the flashlight in place on a vehicle or other metal object freeing up my hands to do work. It saves me from having to hold the flashlight with my mouth which I have had to do many times. I do believe there is one design flaw with this flashlight and it is the charging cover. On the back of the flashlight when you take off the charging cover it's attached to the flashlight by a small rubber tab that goes into a small hole in the back of the flashlight. This is meant to keep the cover attached while charging so you do not lose it. The rubber tab pulls out of flashlight very easily while I'm trying to open the cover and putting it back into that hole is not an easy task. I would strongly recommend finding a better way to attach that black rubber cover that makes it not pull out so easily. That's my only annoyance with this light.
Every day carry; super bright; and a helpful LASER

This was an upgrade to my H3PR, as I was looking for a LASER to also help point things out in dark venues and tough-to-reach places. I'm really pleased. The Type-C charging port is great for compatibility with other chargers around the house, and brightness settings for the light exceed what I was previously using, and I also appreciate the lowest "glow" setting. The magnetic points on either end of the flashlight are really helpful for keeping the light pointed somewhere while working. The battery life also seems to last much longer than my H3PR. It's an every day carry for me. The one thing that tripped me up, is that I didn't realize the Slayer "Laser" is its own model (not all Slayers are the same).
So far, its a great flashlight. I've had for over a month, and with light usage it hasn't even gone off the green power indicator (over 75%). I use the laser for work (pointing out stuff to installation crews) and my cats go nuts for it. I like it better than my OLight Arkfeld as it charges with a USB-C instead of a proprietary cable I always forget.
I purchased this light roughly 2 months ago and have fallen in love with it. While it doesn't replace my HP3R for a tight space inspection light, I use this light to inspect piping running a ceiling hight and being able to illuminate the problem area, identify the problem with the laser and have a free hand to take a picture has moved my quality of service I can provide to another level. Would strongly recommend for any tradesmen or Inspectors out there looking for a powerful pocket sized flashlight.
