Disappointed in the heat settings

I’ve been using this iron as a professional full time hairstylist and I don’t line that it has heat settings something like 280°, 320°, 340°, 365°, 390° and then a huge jump to 450°. I have clients that 390° is not quite hot enough but 450° is TOO HOT for most of my clients as it will break down the natural curl pattern of their hair (if they wanted to wear their natural texture as well), where as 410°-425° would be a happy medium. I’m very disappointed because there was no way to confirm the heat setting prior to purchasing. And I could have never anticipated a 60° heat setting jump. That’s actually crazy to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
