[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it three weeks ago. The package arrived as scheduled. The instructions for installation are fairly clear and easy to follow. The UPS has been working well.
One improvement the seller can make is to clearly state on the website that the shipped UPS includes a battery. I was not certain about it, so I bought a battery separately, which turned out to be redundant.

Received the Back-Ups Pro 1000S to replace my old Back-Ups 750. Much nicer design, and it only takes up 1/3 of the footprint. Nice and slim cabinet with plenty of receptacles. The control panel is well thought-out and easy to figure out. Nice improvement!
