I've only had the S5 for just a few weeks but it has helped so much. I live in a ranch with hard floors throughout. Between my kids and dog, things are constantly dragged in and around my house so quickly. It used to take me 45 minutes just to sweep the main areas of my house. Then, it was another 1.5 hours to properly wash my floors if it was needed. I was concerned the battery life wouldn't be able to do my entire main area in under 35 minutes (the battery life of the machine). It does it just fine. It picks up everything without issue. It's impressive what it can do. The only reason i gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the water tank capacities which I end up cleaning out several times during use. It also could use a smidge of improvement for some tile areas. A portion of my floors are old tile with aging grout that has settled a bit lower than it should. If I need to clean them, I need to make multiple passes to get it to clean down to the grout on those floors. It doesn't concern me much as i know the floors are problematic, not the S5. If you're short on time, have a majority of hard flooring and something in your life needs to give (like cleaning times), this really does help. I've cut my daily floor sweeping time in half! That's a big deal when I've recently gone back to work and am trying to balance kids, work and house chores.

It’s a great product, save me lots of time for cleaning the floor. The S5 clean result is very acceptable, though you need clean the machine after clean. Still if you don’t mind clean it after used, it’s a good choice, better than mopping floor manually, at least, you don’t use dirt mop to mop the floor.

Very handy to vacuum and mop in one, the voice prompts make it easy for my kids to use also. I do have 8 kids which means my floors get pretty messy, if you’re sucking up a lot of debris you will have to take apart and clean it in addition to running the self clean. All in all it makes keeping your floors clean a little easier!

I like how easy this is to use! It's well designed so dumping the dirty water tank and refilling the clean water tank is easy as I'm using it (it does have to be done several times). It cleans well for everyday dirt and picks up debris well. It doesn't get stuck on food off the floor though as the water volume that comes out, even on max mode, is not a whole lot and there are no soft scrubbers on the roll. It just puts out enough water to wipe the floor but not scrubs. I'll bend down and get something off with my nail if I have to - still beats filling a bucket and scrubbing with a mop! I do wish I had an option to select for a little more water output, so 1 star off for that. Other than that, I'm loving this! The floors are very clean, feel good under bare feet, streak free (the roller somehow stays clean even after using over dried on muddy doggy paw prints!), it's lightweight and easy to use, the self clean it does is very good! I have 2 kids ages 2 and 5 and a dog (Samoyed/Husky/German Shepherd mix), and a husband, and all debris from dog and kids is picked up wonderfully while the floors also get a wipe down! I love it! I use it every day. My floors can now be always clean! Oh and it's a quiet machine!
