I love that these pillows allow for personal comfort preferences by taking out the filler. Your pillow can be firm, soft or in between. Easy peasy!!!

Lumpy and Terrible

Terribly disappointed. We ordered two, and one is a solid brick of foam chunks, and the other one is a limp sack of foam chunks where your head touches the mattress.
Not sure what to do with my expensive landfill at this point, realize post purchase that this does not qualify for the 90 day sleep trial like other Tempurpedic products.

You can feel the cubes of foam when laying on the pillow which is not pleasant for me.

Avoid Neck Pain

Upon arrival, the pillow was very full. I didn't adjust the filling the first two nights and by the second morning, I had an extreme sore and stiff neck. After removing some of the filling, the pillow was very lumpy and uncomfortable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am in my 80's and over the past 4-6 months had started having neck a shoulder pain. I have purchased 6 pillows so far. The Tempur-Cloud Adjustable has brought the relief I needed. This adjustable pillow is NOW the ONE that allows me to back and side sleep without creating pain again. I have seen a Physical Therapist for 4 sessions so far and she helped with getting ride of the pain. This was necessary in order to relief my neck and shoulder pain. I have slept on the Tempur-Cloud for about 2 weeks now. No pain have retuned!

we recently purchased a new mattress, the same model as we did 11 years ago, and with the coupon received we ordered two new pillows, because why not? well, my spouse and i have been sleeping so well since receiving the pillows (the mattress is given) even though i was hesitant to purchase memory foam pillows (having had bad experiences in the past with other brands), i am just elated! the combo of our new tempur mattress and the tempur pillows is a big win!
