I felt like I was sleeping on my parents' 20 year old pillow

It is SO VERY unfortunate that Tempur-Pedic does not allow returns. I was so excited to try out these pillows. I slept TERRIBLE. I had no idea that "adjustable" meant that the pillow is filled with small balls of material. I adjusted throughout the night but could never get them to be comfortable. I guess I am just stuck with very expensive pillows to fill my shams for decoration but never use for sleeping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comfortable product

Love that I can move the stuffing to where I need most support. Sometimes we snuggle in bed and my significant other likes to use my pillow and having less stuffing on their end of the pillow with more on mine makes it comfortable sleeping beside one another.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really wonderful and comfortable pillow. They do flatten out after long periods of time and don’t totally hold shape which is disappointing for the price. But overall great

Not a standard king size pillow

I bought a pair of these pillows to replace my older Tempur-Pedic pillows. I removed them from the plastic package and put one into my king
size pillow case. I noticed the length was about 3-4 inches shorter and the width was about 2-3 inches shorter as well. They are swimming in the pillow case. Unfortunately, I can't return them because they removed from the packaging.

Awful! Pillow is packed full of lumps

Omg! Worst pillow ever. It is comprised of a million chunks of fill that are all lumps! Nothing good about these pillows and they are not returnable.

This is easily one of the worst pillows I’ve ever purchased. It feels like resting your head on a bag of crumpled newspapers, and it flattens almost instantly. Even though it’s advertised as a cooling pillow, it actually ran hot. I also had no idea it was non-returnable. My dog won’t even lie on it. It honestly feels like a way for them to profit off leftover scrap material. Do not buy this pillow if you’re hoping for a good night’s sleep. Zero stars!

Worst pillow I've ever purchased. Fully regret buying and not I am not being allowed to return or exchange even though they have not been used. Will not be recommending any tempur-pedic products.
