You unzip the pillow and the foam is cut into hundreds of pieces. I didn't expect much. Surprisingly it's become my favorite pillow.

Lumpy and Thin

These pillows pale in comparison to the original Tempur-pedic pillows. They're thin, lumpy and a poor value. Look elsewhere.

Did not match description. Tempurpedic would not even accept a return on the other unopened pillow I had. Waste of money. Will not buy from Tempurpedic again.

Worst pillow, terrible experience

I was really excited to try the TEMPUR-Pedic Cloud Pillow, but unfortunately it has been a huge disappointment.
From the moment I put my head on it I could tell this was not the “cloud-like” experience I was expecting. The foam is dense and firm, not soft or fluffy at all. It feels more like resting on a stiff block than a pillow — there’s zero “sink-in” comfort. If you like a traditional memory foam feel, that’s one thing, but calling this a Cloud is misleading.
I also sleep hot, and this pillow does nothing to help. It traps heat like crazy — by the middle of the night it feels like a warm pad under my head. I wake up sweaty and uncomfortable, which defeats the whole purpose of a good night’s sleep.
I tried it on my back and side, and it just doesn’t provide the right support. On my side it’s too low, so my neck feels cranked; on my back it feels like my head is floating. I literally toss and turn trying to get comfortable.
Worst of all, you can’t return it unless it arrives defective, so I’m stuck with it even though I hate it. For the price I expected something at least decent — not this overpriced, hard, heat-trapping brick masquerading as a pillow.
Not recommended. Definitely not what I expected from Tempur-Pedic, and I regret buying it.

Temper pillow is good and provides solid support as a side/ stomach sleeper.

Very comfortable pillow

This pillow has just the right amount of softness and support. It has made my nack pain much less problematic when I sleep. Highly recommend for all sleep positions.
