Lumpy …

This pillow is just not what I expected from Tempur-Pedic. It’s filled with lumps of memory foam that are not soft. I feel like I’m sleeping on a lumpy brick. I have only been sleeping on it for 3 days and I have neck pain. It’s not worth the money.

I love how I can add more Stuffing to plump it up for sitting up in bed. Then I can remove it to sleep comfortably.

Not as advertised

I gave these pillows a few months before my review. After waking up to neck pain on multiple occasions, I am now in search of an alternative. The pillows are filled with chunks that often separate around your head, leaving you unsupported. They’d be better if they were topped off with the chunks and then able to adjust out. This is not the case. With the amount of chunks they come with, the only adjustment would leave your head lying directly in the mattress. No returns or exchanges so beware!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was skeptical about spending the money but have wasted more money on several different pillows so had nothing to lose at first they seam hard but after getting used to them and removing about 5 large hand fulls of stuffing I've dialed them in and get better sleep than I've had in year's well worth the money

I like this pillow, but not for my head. I'm a side sleeper and I use it as a "hugging" pillow to keep my shoulders more aligned while I sleep. It has just the right degree of squishing and support for me. Good quality.

I love this pillow because it’s adjustable to suit your needs. You can remove as much of the filling as you like. I’m sleeping much better.
