On the softer side

This pillow was not available to test in-store. I would say it is on the softer side, I was hoping it would hold it's shape better! It gets kind of flat, if that's what you are looking for.

You can feel the chunks of memory foam. It was lumpy and yet not supportive.

Comfortable and quality

I previously had the Casper pillows which I love and the tempur pedic pillows are equally as comfortable. I am a side sleeper so I like to use them to also put between my legs and these are great as they aren't too firm or too soft.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The worst pillow

This pillow is not what it seems, there is no way to adjust this pillow, it barely has any fluff. After a few weeks , I’m back in pain looking for the right pillow, DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! Would be highly disappointed because there are no refunds

Extremely Comfortable and Supportive Pillow

I’ve been using the TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow for a few weeks, and it has significantly improved my sleep quality. The adjustability lets me find the perfect height for my neck, and the memory foam provides excellent support without feeling too firm. I wake up feeling refreshed and without neck pain.

This pillow is hard as a rock. It’s so uncomfortable. The adjustable part is so weird. You can take out the fluff or the squishy parts. I’m so unhappy. You can’t return the pillows so I’m stuck with it. I try to give it away and they don’t want it bc it’s so hard.

I purchased this pillow because I was experiencing pain in my neck and shoulders when I would wake up in the morning. I.knew I needed more support in that area. That's when I thought I'd try your pillow. After the first night, I had no pain whatsoever. I still don't. I'm extremely happy with your product and would recommend it to everyone.
