Pain in the neck…

When you first lay your head dow, it feels like you’ve laid on a rock. Slowly and immediately your head starts to sink until you’re now an inch from your mattress with 2 rocks on the side of your head. Purchased this on black friday and tried it for a month and it caused me so much head, neck, shoulder pain that I was in tears. Finally gave up on it and gave it to my husband who hates it equally as much. The description for this pillow was med- firm. It’s NOT firm or supportive. The cooling feature is nice, which is why it earned a star. We have 2 Tempur-pedic pillows from when we purchased our mattress 10 years ago. They’re wonderful and firm and we wanted two new ones and they do not make them like this anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good quality, but they are too heavy to move around when sleeping, I would recommend them to a tall and strong person. I'm sorry I can't return them

These pillows are a game changer for sleeping. Besides the comfort, the cooling aspect of it is just what I needed for great sleeping

The cooling gel is an excellent addition to this pillow. It's very comfortable, my only complaint is I wish it had just a little more height to it. My head completely compresses the pillow when I sleep on my side, a little bit more material would make this an easy 5 stars.

I absolutely love this pillow! It offers the perfect combination of softness and support, and my neck pain has vanished since I started using it. The cooling feature is amazing as well. Highly recommended for a great night's sleep!

Like the pillows have bought them last 3-5 yrs because they offer support only reason didn’t give 5 stars is bought king size before and this time queen and the firmness is a little different

Good thing is no heat , seems firm initially but once u rest and lay for some time as it caves in you feel pressure on neck, doesn’t work for me

I love these pillows! So comfortable and prevents my head from sweating. I bought them for myself and then gifted my daughter and son in law with the pillows. My granddaughter 7 years old and grandson 4 years old were always stealing the parent’s pillows so I bought them their own pillows for Christmas.
