Cool and comfortable

Bought these pillows as a gift to myself and spouse and loving them. The cooling tech is great as I sleepy hot and the firmness helps with my neck. Approved by the spouse that I’m snoring less too!

I love this pillow! The cooling gel is amazing. The size and thickness is great. It allows my head to rest comfortably and supports my neck perfectly. I was getting bad cricks with my regular stuffed pillow, but the Tempurpedic pillow has resolved my neck pain. I never want to go back to using any other pillow.

I ordered the King size and it's exactly the size I love and I need. I am a huge fans of Tempur pillows because the quality is excellent and truly worth the cost. I love how well the pillow support my head and I feel so relax when I lie on it. My only comment is that the pillow compress quite a lot. I chose this model because it's over 6 inches high and I have broad shoulders, but it still collapses more than I expected, so side sleeping feels a bit uncomfortable.

the smell of the foam was very strong , I didn't expect the gassing phase to last a few weeks and the odor still lingers. the gel definitely is cooling but towards the middle of the night, the pillow just flattens and my neck felt unsupported. I went back to my old pillow and used this for propping up my legs instead.

I've never had a pillow like this before (TEMPUR-Cloud Dual Cooling - Queen)—it's brand new, and yet when I put my head on it it completely decompresses, as if it's an old, worn out cushion. My head ends up almost at the same level as the mattress, definitely not the intended experience (medium-firm feel). Next time I suppose I should go to the Tempur-Pedic store to try before buying.
