We purchased the pillows online and we weren’t happy with them. Unfortunately pillows are not returnable so I would advise you to purchase them in store only where you could test them.

Not helpful for those with neck pain. Thickness forces your neck to be in an upward tilt.

It took about two weeks to get used to this pillows firmness and shaping, but once I did Id have to say it has helped greatly with my neck and allows me to get a much better night's rest. I would definitely recommend trying this for anyone with neck problems.

Soft and Comfortable

The TEMPUR-Symphony Pillow has been a wonderful addition to my nightly routine. It provides excellent support while still feeling soft and comfortable, helping maintain proper alignment whether sleeping on my back or side. Feels good but too high

I got this pillow and cannot sleep on it. I would like too but it’s too high and hurts my neck. I have a tempurpedic bed but unfortunately can not find a pillow to sleep on. Make some Lowe pillows for a petite lady.

The pillow is too high and too firm for my tastes. The foam will mold to the head, but it's not very comfortable.
