Pillow sucks

The pillow is soft but once your head lays in it, it’s sinks. It’s flat no support. I tried returning but I couldn’t. I knew by the first night it was a terrible investment.

Bought these for our new old house that’s being renovated. So haven’t slept on yet. But, after unboxing them, I’m excited for the move!

This pillow is too thick. It flexes your neck and brings it up too high. I am a chiropractor, and this pillow does not keep your neck and alignment. It cranks it up too much. I have two of the older style pillows designed for back and side sleeping. Those pillows are amazing.

Decent quality, but far too firm and high for stomach sleepe

I wanted to love this pillow, but it ultimately ended up being just okay (hence the three stars). My main issue is the firmness and loft: I was looking for something very soft, but this pillow feels quite hard. Because it's also very high, it is extremely difficult to sleep on your stomach—definitely not recommended if that's your primary sleeping position.
If you are a side sleeper, it does get a bit better, though it still took me a while to get used to the feel. It's high-quality material and not a bad pillow overall, but if you prefer a soft, plush pillow that you can sink into, this isn't it.

Relief to bodily aches

My son recommended the Tempur Symphony Pillow when I told him about a pinched nerve diagnosis I had just received. My symptoms were numbness, tingling, and hat needle feeling in my arm, especially at night. The pillow has really helped ease this condition and I sleep much better. We purchased two pillows and my wife uses the second one just because it is so comfortable.
