I went through so many different pillows in order to ease my neck and shoulder pain. Nothing really helped until I bought Tempur-Symphony pillow. First morning I felt .uch less pain. In a couple days pain was mostly gone.

This pillow is incredibly comfortable. It is the right balance of soft and supportive. I ordered one for myself, while my wife ordered a different pillow. A few weeks later, she loved mine so much we ended up ordering one for her as well.

Perfect Solution to stop Positional Neck Pain

Many pillow purchases lead to disappointment until this one. Truly a consistent good night sleep; no neck pain. Nightly user 2 months. Highly Recommend

The shape of this pillow is not comfortable at all, it actually made my neck hurt worse. To top it off you are not able to return or exchange pillows.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
