Very hard and uncomfortable, very little neck support.

The pillow is way too hard. I would have returned it, except I had cut the tags off because I was so confident in the brand.

Love the contoured shape, but much too soft

We purchased this style of pillow years ago when we bought our first Tempur-Pedic mattress and loved them! I ordered these pillows to replace the originals, and they are not as firm or supportive.

Tried sleeping with this pillow for 10 days couldn’t not sleep well super firm and uncomfortable …. Usually not a fan of writing negative reviews but with a no refund policy you’re stuck with them …. They’re cheaper and more comfortable options out there ….. save your money
