Comfortable Pillow, just a lower quality

We recently purchase the Tempur-Pedic Cloud + Cooling Pillow (King Size) and while it’s comfortable, it didn’t quite live up to the quality we’ve come to expect from Tempur-Pedic.
The cooling feature isn’t as effective as our previous Tempur-Pedic pillow, it just doesn’t stay cool through the night like the old one did. And while it’s soft and comfortable, it’s not as firm or supportive as we’d hoped.
Overall, it’s a decent pillow and we are using it, but we do miss the stronger support and better cooling performance of our past Tempur-Pedic pillows.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just What I Needed

I've been looking for a comfortable pillow, one that I could sleep on for more than a couple hours without waking up with neck pain and a headache. This pillow arrived with plenty of filling, for those who like a firm pillow. I removed enough filling to make a travel-sized pillow. This made the pillow scrunchable, and oh, so comfortable! It took a few nights to get it right, but I've slept better, with less neck pain, than I have in … years. Definitely a great buy!

Good but not sure if worth the money

The pillows are very heavy, some nights I feel like they are great and others I feel like they do not keep my head cool. I overall think they are better than a normal pillow but not impressed considering they were 120 per pillow and I bought two.

I really dont like the pillows I got. Especially not for the money I spent on them. Thry go flat within a week. Very disappointing purchase.

THE TEMPUR-CLOUD PILLOW PROVIDES THE BEST REST I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN AWHILE. THE REASON FOR 4 STARS IS DUE TO COOLING PILLOW COVER I PURCHASED. IT REALLY DOES NOT COOL, MAYBE DUE TO THE ADJUSTABLE MATERIAL INSIDE.
