Great pillow

Its a great pillow just wish it was the same size as the breeze dual cooling. If all pillows were the same size as queen pillows that would be ideal.

Quality control is lacking...

I bought 2, one is great, the other doesn't have enough stuffing. Reached out to tempur and they gave me a lame answer about the all have different fill types and it's done by weight. I would have accepted some additional fill at minimum and best would have been for them to stand behind their product like a reputable company would.

Idk how this product sells. Especially for what it’s going for. Highly disappointed. Can’t even use. No cushion. Feels like a pillow that would be in a motel 6. Maybe even worse. No cooling effect. Now I’m stuck with useless pillows.

Poor quality, support and no returns even tho not used. Never again. And this is after having purchased in the past a mattress and multiple pillows.

Great support for 20 minutes

I got this pillow back in November because I was intrigued by the adjustability factor and the fact that I am a side sleeper and the temper-cloud pillow I had before was not described to be supportive for that position of sleep. When I first laid my head on the pillow it felt like a dream, I felt like my head was supported all around, but then as I didn’t move that well rounded support began to feel like a hole. I flipped the pillow over thinking it might help, but that side flattened faster than first side. Due to a defect in the first pillow I ordered I was given a second and so I took some stuffing from the defected pillow and added it to the good one, but even that did not change the experience. The good thing is that the cooling technology was top notch.
If you like to cuddle pillows or require little support than this pillow is for you.

Not the pillow for me

I had a king tempur-pedic solid foam pillow prior to ordering this one - I ordered it for the "cooling" factor but there did not seem to be a significant difference for me and the support left my neck hurting and feeling like I had slept wrong
