Great support for 20 minutes

I got this pillow back in November because I was intrigued by the adjustability factor and the fact that I am a side sleeper and the temper-cloud pillow I had before was not described to be supportive for that position of sleep. When I first laid my head on the pillow it felt like a dream, I felt like my head was supported all around, but then as I didn’t move that well rounded support began to feel like a hole. I flipped the pillow over thinking it might help, but that side flattened faster than first side. Due to a defect in the first pillow I ordered I was given a second and so I took some stuffing from the defected pillow and added it to the good one, but even that did not change the experience. The good thing is that the cooling technology was top notch.
If you like to cuddle pillows or require little support than this pillow is for you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the pillow for me

I had a king tempur-pedic solid foam pillow prior to ordering this one - I ordered it for the "cooling" factor but there did not seem to be a significant difference for me and the support left my neck hurting and feeling like I had slept wrong

Pillow is lumpy and does not hold its shape. I purchased two and don’t use them.

Highly recommend! They are everything they expect them to be. They are firm yet soft. I paid for the cooling aspect and it’s worth every penny.

Need to fluff every night to reset the filling, otherwise it stays stuck. The adjust-ability is nice.
