No cooling feel and not supporting neck, was a disappointment and worst part is you can not return or replace other product

Bought these for my granddaughter they absolutely love them. What’s nice is you can remove filling if they are too firm. We’ll definitely buy again.!!!

This Pillow Has Ruined Me for All Other Pillows

I need to be upfront: I did not expect this pillow to have such main character energy, but here we are.
I've spent years locked in an abusive relationship with pillows that were either flat as a tortilla or so overstuffed I woke up feeling like I'd been in a chiropractic disagreement. This pillow allows you to remove or add the filling to my desire.
Then there's the cooling cover, which is doing something borderline suspicious. Mine stayed cold the WHOLE night which sounds fake but it's true. I don't know how it does that and honestly I don't wanna know, I just wanna enjoy it.
Yeah it's pricey, But it's worth it. I would 100% throw hands to protect this pillow.

The pillow is very flat. Has no support but the the cooling is good.

This pillow is so comfortable I feel supported while keeping me cool. I had to turn around and order pillows for my college students.

I do not know how to activate the cooling feature but I am disappointed with this purchase. And I bought one for myself and my Wife.

Great pillow

My version of soft medium and hard apparently is expecting much softer. So I got a medium-soft and a medium and the medium is rock hard but the medium-soft has some solid give.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The filling is chopped up pieces of foam rubber. The pieces are hard when compressed. There is no memory or any support for the neck. It should not be called memory foam. I do not recommend buying this pillow.
