Lumpy, Too warm Pillow

I wish I could have tried this Tempur-Cloud pillow out before purchase. The pillow is lumpy to the touch, and very warm making it very uncomfortable. I tried taking some of the filling out as the pillow was too bulky but made the lumpy feeling worse. I expected more from Tempur-pedic. What a waste of money! Lesson learned- never shop online for a non-returnable pillow again.

Pillow is not as firm as described

With an adjustable pillow, I believe the firmness would be provided and I could adjust to a softer feeling. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

One of the worst pillows out there

Not sure how this pillow even made it to shelves. The small pieces inside make it lumpy. Don’t waste your time on this pillow.

I have purchased 3 of these now, 2 queen and 1 king, they are FANTASIC... so far they are the next best pillow since the original pillows from 2003, which I still have.
