Not the best quality. Expecting more from Tempurpedic brand

The pillow is more on the hard side. It's adjustable but it only adjust the thickness. The pillow itself is still hard, unlike other memory foam pillow from another brand. This is probably just my preference.
However the reason for my 2 stars is because when I open to remove the foam to adjust I found a lot of dirty foams with black stuff, tape attached to foam. This is the kind of stuff you might expect from a cheap no-brand pillow, not expensive premium brand. Definitely not worth the price even when it's on huge discount.

Just a pillow stuffed with remnants ...

This pillow is just a way for Tempur-pedic to get rid of their scrapes.
Unable to return even though we just put our heads on it once...and when we did it was so uncomfortable. Don't waste your money.

I love my pillow they last forever I have had 2 pillows we also have the matress I don’t like any other bed but mine ..
worth it ..

After removing a couple of handfuls of the inner material, the pillows became fairly comfortable. Just wish it could feel a bit more foamy.

This pillow is a good quality. It’s medium soft.. it has helped with my stiff neck from an old pillow. Just fluff it and fall asleep.

Very happy with this Pillow. Quality made and very comfortable.
I'm used to a very soft pillow and was skeptical of changing but had been experiencing neck pain. It didn't take any time to get used to this new one. And I love.it. No more neck pain.
