Trying to find a pillow I love. The ones I bought are a little firmer than I’d like. Giving them a chance, hoping like them.

Difficult

It is difficult to get the pillow to stay where you want it to. It depresses when I lay my head on it and does not provide support. When I put my head on it, all the support goes off in another direction. I wind up having to double up the thickness to get the proper support. I would not buy this pillow again.

2 pillows with one

I like less foam in a pillow so this works great, Intook a little out every night , slept on it then took more out every night until it was exactly where it worked for me. I then put the remaining shredded foam in a zippered pillow protector and made another pillow to my comfort level. So I ended up with two comfortable pillows for the price of one!

Could be better

The pillow feels just right. Not too firm, not too soft. But not for long. It doesn’t have enough stuffing. The stuffing ends up shifting around the pillow so your head ends up flat. You have to adjust and fluff the pillow throughout the night.

No refunds!!

In today’s world, online purchases with no refunds is unacceptable. This pillow includes little sponges that presses on my face.
The website doesn’t mention anything about no refund policy before or while buying. A well known brand like this shouldn’t be tricking customers with these little games.

After spending hundreds of dollars, looking for just the right pillow so I could get at least 2 good nights sleep a week, I came across TEMPUR Cloud pillows. You guessed it every night is like a dream. I can sleep again
