we have purchased several of these in the past. This one is unusually hard. I don't know if the manufacturer changed the formula. But you may as well pour some cement in the contour shape and sleep on that. Of course, you can't return this overpriced piece of concrete.

I bought this same pillow in 2007, and to this day, over 15 years later, it's still 10x better than this fossilized brick. Look elsewhere for your pillow needs.

Went to the nearest store to buy an adult sized pillow and they wouldn't sell it to me. Said they would have to order it again online. They had the pillow I wanted but the pillows there were for show. The sales person was not helpful and just walked away.. didn't even apologize. I'll never buy anything from tempur pedicure again.
