[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has used a Tempurpedic pillow for 20 years. I bought him a new one at Christmas and thought the large was his perfect replacement. I was wrong. His previous one was smaller. He is 5'11 and I assumed the large would fit but it has left him with neck & back pain. When I bought the pillow I saw there was a 90 day money back guarantee but missed the note below that said pillows were excluded. As 20 year owners of a Tempurpedic pillow and mattress, we have not had a good experience with the large size pillow, only because the size is not right. The quality is excellent but our review is three stars because the pillow is not the right fit, causes pain and it can not be exchanged.

Pillows are hard to size right and for this price point I would expect some ability to return unopened pillows that do not fit

I don't move when I sleep now and I'm not having to pop my neck as often anymore. Nor do I feel the pain like I used too. I thought the pillow I normally used was the best u til I started using the neck pillow. I also bought the body pillow and between the two pillows, I sleep through the night.

Its too firm and the cover is not soft. Its also not memory foam, I want a refund.

With two fused discs in my neck, I have a hard time using other pillows that leave me with a sore neck and numbness. It can take time to get used to the pillow as it is so different from standard pillows, but it is so worth it.
