Pillow is ridiculously small. Don't go by the size guide because it is wildly inaccurate. The small sized pillow is for people 3 feet tall and under. And because pillows can't be returned, you'll be stuck with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The only pillow that works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was trying to save money and buy a less expensive product. I ended up with a pile of pillows that hurt my neck. I should have replaced my tempur pedic pillow with a new one in the first place. No more neck pain and headaches!

Best Ergonomic Pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can sleep without my head jutting forward anymore like with standard pillows! It improved the arches in my feet after sleeping with it for several months. Only wish it had a little bit more height for the neck. I got a small buy the medium is defiantly too big.

Great support without being too high

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow because of the various sizes I can choose from. I got a size small and it fits perfectly into the crevice of my neck whereas most pillows are too large and prop my head up too high. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have herniated neck disc, I got this pillow from my sister as a gift probably 7 to 8 years, I sleep like baby and next day i am fully recharged, so this time i got an other one to alternate so that the other can rest anyway i am so happy with this pillow and i would definitely recommend to people suffering from not getting comfortable sleep, just try it ,every penny is worthy
