[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempur-pedic is certainly a good company, however I absolutely HATED this neck pillow. It was rock hard and incredibly uncomfortable. I had ear squish so bad my ears killed and my neck was worse. I wish I could return the pillows but they have a no return policy on pillows. If you like super, super hard pillows go for it. Otherwise stay away from this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows were BOGO so I decided to try them out. They're labeled as memory foam but they're a bit stiff and don't seem to hold their impressioned shape for a duration comparable to other memory foam pillows I've used. Not a bad product though. I like the ergonomic form and they serve the purpose they were purchased for. If I were to suggest improvements to the manufacturer, it would be to soften then slightly and use a more viscous memory foam.

After doing some research for a more effective pillow I decided to try this and I'm glad I did. The firmness is perfect for keeping my neck aligned so I don't have all the pain and tension from being crunched up all night. Definitely worth a try for side and back sleepers.

We've had a tempurpedic neck pillow forever and love it, but it was starting to deteriorate. After careful measurement we ordered two mediums. I don't even have words to describe how awful this new pillow is. It does NOT conform to your head/neck. Rather it's like sleeping on a rock. I'm beyond disappointed, having chosen to get the "real" deal rather than a knock-off for the quality. The company should offer other options than just "extra firm." Who would know that extra firm means rock solid! Waste of lots of money since you can't return them. Clearly, these are different than their old ones.
