Hard as a rock! Not the same as the previous version

These neck pillows are not the same as the older ones! These are SIGNIFICANTLY FIRMER than before. The shape has also changed. The neck portion is higher and longer compared to the previous "medium" sized pillows. This is so disappointing! The older model was perfect. Now I'm stuck with 2 brick pillows that I can't use or return them!

I called to complain and they said to keep using it and it would soften over time. It's been a couple of months and I can't use it anymore. First unsatisfactory produce I've had from Tempurpedic and I bought 2 for 1. Will be donating both of them.

I don't really like my new pillows to be honest. And, the large is too tall, even for my 6'2" hubby. I asked if I could return it (still wrapped in the sealed package) and they said no. So, not very happy overall and can't say I recommend them.
