[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Tempur-Neck Pillow I purchased in 2013, worked great for years. Recently purchased this new pillow to replace the old one. I used it for a couple of weeks, found it to be very hard and it hurt my neck. Not happy with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillow is smaller and firmer than I expected. I'm not sleeping on it yet, but it has been helpful for neck support while reading on my side in bed. And it's been a great neck support pillow for exercise sessions when I'm on my back on my yoga mat. So I'm not totally disappointed in buying it, and may eventually use it for sleeping once I adjust to it.

Odd shape just didn't work out for me. 0% chance of return also and completely unhelpful customer service, be warned. Waste of $100+

It would have been better to buy the Tempur-Pedic pillow at a big box store, where I could actually see the size and make a determination about the appropriate size.
