[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed sizing guidelines and ordered the small pillow. Ended up getting the medium pillow too. Which was a better fit. Unfortunately can't return the small. But it's a good pillow. Helps with my snoring a little bit.

Company does not stand by their pillow products or sizing charts. I purchased 2 and they will not even exchange the second one that remains completely unopened in the original shipping box. Very disappointed with the product and the company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a side sleeper and had been having neck pain every morning. I was desperate for a solution and the neck pillow was it for me! The contour supports my neck while I sleep and makes more space for my shoulder. It's very firm and doesn't smoosh down during the night. I mostly sleep on my side, but the pillow is also very comfortable for sleeping on my back. Don't get this pillow if you're a stomach sleeper. Definitely take the time to measure yourself so you get the correct size- I am 5'9" and needed a large based on the measurements.
