Creates Back/Neck issues and no return

This is one of the worst pillows I’ve ever tried… Its way to thick and miss-aligns back and neck creating serious issues. TempurPedic would not accept a return within a week of receiving this pillow. This is so unacceptable!

I purchased this for a degenerative disc issue. I actually have two different versions of this pillow. It has helped me with shoulder and neck pain. I would recommend this pillow.

Brick like and stinky

We bought two tempurpedic pillows previously that we both loved. After About a year they were flattened. So we replaced them with these, and they are too thick and they both smell awful. The smell of the materials for the cooling is terrible. I’ve sprayed and vacuumed and added pillow liners; it still bleeds through. They also are the typical “brick like” structure. They do stay cool though. I don’t recommend.

Very Hard and Very Heavy-Not comfortable

I ordered this pillow and paid a lot of money for it thinking it would be soft and flexible. It was harder than a rock and a terrible pillow. Not at all what I expected. I don't recommend it.

Comfortable but still smells

Really wanted to love these pillows. Had slept on these pillows at a family member’s house and ordered after staying there. I’ve had them for well over a month and they still have a strong smell, despite airing them out and washing covers. They are comfortable though.
