Getting the hard case shell to snap together at first was very very difficult.
It's a harder case that I realized when looking online and so harder to grip onto. There should be an indent of some sort on the sides or a ring to help with the grip.
I have dropped my phone already and the case was protective.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This case is pretty awful. I love Zaggs other products but this one needed much more R&D. The kickstand on the back came off within the first month. The glue just straight up gave up and the whole kick stand peeled off. The case comes apart whenever it’s dropped more than 1 ft making it completely useless and the front snap on panel feels cheap and flimsy. I was very disappointed.
I will say I like the color and look to it. Also the flap to protect the USB port is great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It took awhile to receive but I'm pleased with the case as it seems very sturdy and looks nice. I like that it has a flap that covers the charging port, to prevent dust and lint from getting in there. I want to use a lanyard though and most of them connect at the port site, which would mean the flap has to be open. There are two tiny clear plastic inserts at the bottom of the case, I'm wondering if they are to connect a lanyard, but I haven't found one that would work.
