I have had this tool for more than 10 years, I love it and I have tried other tools but none like this. Mine is very old and im looking to buy this one again. Is a bit more expensive now but I definitely wait until I can afford it and buy the same again.
I had an old version of this iron before Bayliss was adquired by Connair and it was way better it has more than 7years old and still working like new! I gave it away to my mom because I bought this one and I regretting my decision, previous version was lighter plates would close evenly and this one actually is cutting my hair it gets stucks at a times.
I have been a Babyliss Pro user for over 12 year. I previously owed the Babyliss Pro titanium 2" flat iron and loved it. After 5 years it would no longer stay on. I replaced it with the Babyliss Pro Nano Titanium 1-1/2" vented ionic flat iron. It works for is not as good as the previous one I owned. I have to put it at the highest setting in order for it to heat up to the temperature of the mid setting of my previous model. My hair type is 2A so it should not need to be at the highest temperature to give me the results I previously had.
It’ll do for now. I had a Dyson and loved it but it broke after 2 years and I think the longevity of the item was horrible so I went back to babybliss bc my old one lasted 10 years. I like the previous model as this new model of babybliss has a harsh line for straightening. I think I should’ve gotten the ceramic plate just fyi.
