My boyfriend got this as a Christmas present from a friend and we love it. It's easy to use, easy to take apart for cleaning and just as easy to put back together. We've grilled chicken, asparagus, we've made paninis, we just have fun with it. It is a versatile little machine and we're so glad we have it.

My husband has been wanting one for awhile. He kept saying we can do so much with it. He was absolutely right. Best investment ever. Buy it you won’t be disappointed ❤️

I always wanted a counter-top grill but kept putting it off. I got this one for Christmas and have been using it several times a week. Steaks, chicken, pork chops all come out fantastic. Things cook much faster than other grilling methods. Everything heats evenly. Highly recommend!

Have used all the features and for many things besides paninis! Easy cleanup. Great easy and fast cooking. Have had for a while now and am very pleased. Makes great waffles if you purchase the waffle grids.

I bought this a month or so ago and have used it only a couple of times so far. I have enjoyed it! My steak came out good, though a little more done than I prefer, I just need to drop the cooking time by a minute or so. My salmon was great! I love that I can also flip the plates for easy multiple pancakes, etc at one time. Clean up was nice and easy!

Maybe I'm just one of the few people who are having uneven heating issues. Both plates have uneven heating, and the bottom plate is definitely warmer than the top. I opened the griddle and put three slices of bacon on each. The piece closest to the controls on the bottom plate cooked faster, with each piece going towards the back cooking slower. The top grill pieces barely cooked, so I eventually moved them to the bottom grill. The main reason I wanted an electric grill was to have even cooking that I do not get on a stove top pan.
Also, even though the rear corners are raised, the grease still pooled in these areas, I had to constantly use a spatula to move the grease to the drain. The unevenness of the grill was clear when I put an egg on it and it went right to the rear corner. In the future, I'll get one of those egg rings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
